I have had this one about a year, and it is my early-morning product. When I have to go out early, I do not want dark colors on my face. That is too much for that hour. I put this on and my lips look almost natural, a soft pink or soft red, very pretty, and I use the same stick on my cheeks.

It is a tint, not a lipstick. That is the whole point. My lips look stained, like the color came from inside them, not like I painted them. The color is sheer, and I can build it if I want a little more. The shade is Burst, a poppy pink, and it is a very, very pretty tone.

The feeling is the part people do not expect. The texture is like a jelly, and it is cold. When I put it on my lips I feel a fresh little chill, and it is delicious. That is why I keep reaching for it in the morning. It wakes up my face.

All in one. Lips, cheeks, and if you want, a little on the eyelid as a soft shadow. One stick does the whole face, so when I am in a hurry I am not opening three products.

What to know before you buy. It dries fast, so do one cheek at a time and blend right away, or the first spot sets before you get to it. And it is sheer by design. If you want a bold, opaque lip that reads from across the room, this is not that. This is the natural, fresh, barely-there look.

Skip it if you only wear strong, full-coverage lipstick, or if you want a matte lip. It will feel too light for you. This one is for the person who wants to look fresh and awake in two seconds, not made up.
