It really is a kitchen helper. I use it to mix the dough for pizza, bread and cakes.

It mixes the way I need it to. In a few minutes it brings everything together and leaves the dough exactly how I want it, depending on the ingredients and the amounts I put in.

It is easy to set up. Putting it together is simple, and I have it working in minutes.

The bowl goes up and down. On this model I raise the bowl up to the mixer and lower it again when I am done, instead of tilting the head back.

I can walk away while it works. I leave it mixing while I do something else in the kitchen. That is the real help.

The accessories. It comes with the dough hook, a flat beater, a Double Flex Edge beater and a whip, and the one I use most is the dough hook.
