These three live in my bathroom, and I don't use them for the same thing. I choose one depending on what my hair needs that week: extra care, hydration, or smoothing. Here's how I decide, in my own words.
How the 3 products compare, in Angie's words
Boldplex 3-4-5 set
Arvazallia Argan Mask
Liss Expert Stem Cells
What I use it for
When my hair feels damaged and brittle from heat, dye or chemical processes.
When my hair feels dry, dull or frizzy, and I want it soft and shiny.
When I want my hair smoother, with less volume and much more frizz control.
How my hair looks
It looks and feels so much better. The treatment is my favorite of the set.
Softer, shinier and more manageable, right away.
Smoother, softer, easier to manage, with shine, for weeks.
How often I use it
The treatment, about 1 to 2 times a week, depending on how my hair feels. The shampoo and conditioner can be part of my regular routine.
About 1 to 2 times a week, depending on how dry my hair feels.
About every 3 months, or when I see the effect of the last one fading.
When I reach for it
When my hair needs extra care.
When I want my hair to look pretty right away.
When I want it polished for several weeks.

Boldplex 3-4-5 set
Arvazallia Argan Mask
Liss Expert Stem Cells
How I use it
Shampoo, a little conditioner, rinse. Then the treatment under my little cap for at least 15 minutes.
As a mask, after washing.
It's a smoothing treatment, not a weekly mask. I follow the steps on the jar, which include a flat iron to seal it.
What the brand says
Bold Uniq describes Boldplex as a bond-building formula for dry, damaged hair, made to help strengthen it and reduce breakage.
Arvazallia calls it a hydrating argan oil mask for deep conditioning, sulfate free and paraben free.
Liss Expert lists keratin, argan oil, hyaluronic acid and collagen, and says the 8.45 oz jar is for shoulder-length hair.
The detail I love
The Restore Treatment 3. Of the three in the set, it's my favorite.
The scent. It's spectacular.
How long it lasts. I don't have to do it all the time.
Angie's verdict
I don't have one favorite. I have one for each moment.
Boldplex is for when my hair needs care. When it feels damaged or brittle from heat, dye or chemical processes, this is the set I reach for. It's the one that changed the story for my hair after a dye burned it, and the treatment is the part I love most.
Arvazallia is my quick win. When my hair feels dry or dull, one mask and it looks soft, shiny and manageable right away. And that scent… spectacular.
Stem Cells is a different kind of product. It's not a weekly mask. It's a smoothing treatment I do about every 3 months, when I want my hair smoother, with less volume and the frizz under control for weeks.
If you only buy one
If your hair feels damaged from dye or heat, start with Boldplex. If it feels dry and dull and you want it soft and shiny, go for Arvazallia. And if frizz and volume are your battle, and you want your hair polished for weeks, Stem Cells is the one. That's why all three made my picks.
The honest part
Every head of hair is different, and mine changes from week to week. That's why I don't follow a fixed schedule with the masks: I use Boldplex or Arvazallia about once or twice a week, depending on how my hair feels. Stem Cells is the one that needs more care: it's a smoothing treatment, so I always follow the steps on the jar, including the flat iron, and I don't repeat it until I see the effect fading. These are products I use myself, and I choose each one for what my hair needs at that moment.
