I started using this humidifier when I was dealing with dry eyes, and I have had it since January 2026. I turn it on at night when I go to sleep.
It is very quiet. It sits right by my bed and it doesn't bother me at all. I sleep well with it.
I set it in the middle. It has several levels you can adjust with the knob. I usually leave it right in the middle.
How I feel in the morning. Since I started sleeping with it, my eyes and my throat feel much less dry, and even my skin feels better.
Cool mist, where you want it. It puts out a cool mist, and the nozzle on the lid turns, so you can point the mist wherever you like. I only use it with water, but you can add a few drops of essential oils.
Why it's one of my picks. It is quiet, simple, and it makes my nights more comfortable.
Good to know. This is Levoit's Dual 150, in white. Levoit lists a 3-liter tank that fills from the top, up to 25 hours of mist, a 360° nozzle and automatic shut-off when the water runs out. For essential oils, Levoit says to add 10 to 15 drops to the chamber in the base, not to the water tank.
